Good to connect with you too, Benjamin. I'm a Realtor and Sales Associate with LIFE Realty District here in Las Vegas. I've been helping clients in the local market since 2020. Luxury homes, investments, townhomes, and VA, military, and FHA financing, across Green Valley, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and the whole valley.

But I see myself as an advisor and a problem solver. I'm a family man and a father first. For me, real estate isn't just buying or selling property. It's guiding people through big life changes and being honest and caring the whole way.

Wanting to help is my default. In real estate, people are making one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives. If I can take that stress off their shoulders and protect them, I'm going to do everything I can.

That's why I don't look at clients as one-time deals. I build relationships for life. I host client appreciation events to thank the people who trust me with their homes and their families. When you lead with service, the rest takes care of itself.

It's always an honor to represent our market on TV. Las Vegas keeps changing, so my focus was sharing what's happening in our neighborhoods, helping buyers and sellers understand the market right now, and letting people know there are still real opportunities to build wealth and community here in the 702.
